ear speaker volume automatically goes down

[AC Question]

my sony xperia c has got a problem. It's ear volume automatically goes down after 5-6 hrs. Is it because of some apps ? last month I reset the mobile and it was working fine for 15-20 days then again the same problem occurred. I dont know what to do guys.... plz help me

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
