Turning of WI fi

[AC Question]

Hello, the above appears right in the middle of my asus memo pad. My wifi is not even on and i
I want to make it disappear from my tablet. It is right in the middle of the screen.

Thoughts???????

Welcome to Android Central! This used to happen from time to time on my old Asus Transformer TF300. It would usually go away if I turned wi-fi back on, then turned it off again.
