It is not advisable to install apps from non-legitimate sources like file-sharing sites, because (1) it is likely pirated, and (2) it is a great way to get malware.
It's possible GTA Vice City isn't compatible with your device in the first place--if you go to Google Play and search for Vice City, does it come up? If you can't find it, then it probably isn't compatible.

Agreed with the above. Only legit way to obtain apps & games is from Google Play, Amazon or Get Jar. They are 3 of the respected & trusted sites we support. I know there are many other sites out there that claim to be " legit " but chances are they aren't and haven't had their apps submitted by the actual developers.
File searching services or servers is always a no no..Paul
