Samsung Galaxy tablet Playstore

[AC Question]

I'm not real computer savy, my young daughter just got a Samsung Galaxy tablet and when she goes to the playstore to download a game iit just keeps reloading and never gets there, any help would be appreciated...thank you

Welcome to Android Central! Which tablet does she have? Are you referring to the Google Play Store, or Samsung's app store? What do you mean when you say "it just keeps reloading"--are you talking about the Play Store app itself? Are you able to get to an app page and tap Install?
