I pressed send error report and no there no signal

[AC Question]

I got my phone wet and it worked fine and then day after it said send error report I pressed ok and it then has no sim icon everything else works fine......please help

You may have to take it to your carrier and try another one to see if it helps. If not the SIM card tray may be damaged.
