Galaxy s3 gt-i9300 garnet red screen is acting weird ! Help!!

The phone fell in the toilet and i did the rice and put it out under the sun, It worked but it wa slow , like I had to drag my finger across the whole screen to switch pages instead of the usually flick of the finger. So then I put it back i rice and when i took it out to charge it there was a light beam but still a black screen and then red dots like sprayed across the screen and idk what to do or what is happening someone HELP PLEASE !!
