Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 WiFi will not turn on.

I need HELP! Went to use my Galaxy Tab 2 on yesterday and when I tried to turn on the wifi, it would not stay on. It cycled on and off a coupon times then stopped. I have done a factory reset and that did not correct the issue. Does anyone knoww how to fix this problem? Any input or solutions to a fix would be appreciated.
