After Update - Stuck in Emergency Only

[AC Question]

Hi, I have a Moto G which I recently purchased.. Last night I installed the most recent update and since then I have been unable to place calls (it's stuck on emergency calls only). I've tried a soft reset, I've left it powered down for 10 minutes, I've tried switching from 3G to 2G... Nothing seems to be working. Any help would be great. Thanks.
