Samsung s3 Is Frozen

[AC Question]

Hello, so recently my s3 was frozen. I couldn't click anything and I couldn't turn it off, so I took out the battery and factory reset it. It took me to the setup wizard and it is still frozen. I cannot click anything at all! Help?

Is the device completely frozen or is it just your display/touch input?
