I recently bought a HTC one M8,my youtube app used to support 1080p from the options (gear button), after I did a hard reset cuz I faced some problems, now my youtube doesn't support 1080p,there is no longer 1080p option, why? if anyone knows please tell me!

You could try uninstalling the YouTube app and re-installing, with fresh sign-in. Perhaps the hard reset undid a YouTube update?

I don't have that option either. I would guess it was removed by YouTube for some reason.
