Remote Desktop for Chromebook Pixel

[AC Question]

I have used Chrome remote desktop for several months, on a Samsung Chromebook. Yesterday, my new Pixel arrived, but I cannot get RD to work on it. When I start RD, I get a screen that asks that I grant permissions, and I accept that grant. At that point I get a blank screen. I cannot see the remote machine at all, i.e., not even grayed out. It is on, running properly.

My remote computer is a Win 7 Intel.

I have successfully used a Chromebook to access my Win7 for months. But the Pixel will not work. I have run the network check.

Any suggestions?
