Galaxy Exhibit 4G Charging Issue

Can someone help me figure out what's wrong with my phone? I have a Galaxy Exhibit 4G. I can charge it when I plug it into the micro USB charger that came with the phone, but when I plug my phone into anything that has a micro USB/USB adaptor (car charger, external battery, etc), my phone won't recognize it and won't charge. The phone works fine otherwise. I'm totally stumped! Thanks!

Are you using the same charging cable or are you using the one that came with the car charger? It might be a bad cable on those if you're not using the same one as the one you use at home.

I've tried a bunch of different cables, and everything with a USB to Micro USB converter won't charge my phone. I've also tried to charge other phones with those cables and they work, so I don't think it's the cables...
