Problem with updatin my Lg e975

I keep getting error 0x13e when I try to install an update on my LG E975. I was wondering what I can do to fix this and install the update thanks. I searched the forums and didnt find anything.

Are you trying to install a system update? Is it an official over-the-air update, or are you rooted and trying to install manually?
