Music playlists lost after using SD card >:(

So I just recently bought a 32 gig SD card, and it was working perfectly. But today, I used the SD card with my computer to add some music and a few movies to it, and when I popped it back into my Galaxy S4, I noticed that all the music in my playlists disappeared. The playlists were still there but there was no music in it. There was, however, music on my phone, just not organized into playlists. I have OCD about my music not being in specific playlists LOL and it irks me just thinking about having to rearrange my music back into 15 or something playlists. Is there a solution to this problem?
