not working

[AC Question]

I got a new slightly used droid razr m about 3 weeks ago i have loved but when I was on the phone it went dead I plugged it in but it wouldn't charge after 1 hour on the charger the green charging light came on I let it charge for 2 whole days and now it won't turn on i have tried rebooting and reseting but now when I plug it in it won't charge

Welcome to Android Central! Where did you buy it? Was it from a store or from an individual seller? Can you contact the seller and find out if this was happening before? How long did you hold the Power button down? Sometimes you have to hold it down for a good 10-15 seconds.
