LG G3 "unfortunately, the process com.google.gapps has stopped"

"Unfortunately, the process, Com.google.gapps has stopped" this shows up everytime I turn on/ reboot my phone.

Lg-d855 32 GB Hong Kong version.

Also, I can't get my Google now to work. I live in Shenzhen China.
Please help and thank you
