When I boot up my phone, it starts up for a few seconds and then it freezes. Nothing I will do will fix the phone. I am not prepared to do a factory reset, and I tried to back up my phone manually, (usb debugging enabled) and none of the files showed up on my phone. I was at least able to back up my SD card. When I attempt to boot into recovery, it gives me this screen: "Warning!! A custom OS can cause critical problems in phone and installed applications. If you want to download a custom OS, press the volume up key. Otherwise, press the volume down key to cancel." Any help?

Have you tried a new battery? Or removing the SD card (since a corrupt card can cause issues)?
