dropped xperia miro on ground, touch is not working

my phone dropped on ground. the screen is not damaged and it is showing the content, but the touch is not working. help me if there is way to put it into its normal condition.

Hello, something must have been damaged when you dropped it. Is it still under warranty?

I'm going to suggest you replace the screen. It's your best bet at getting it to work if nothing else does.
