Change language from Arabic to english 4.2

[AC Question]

Hi,
I just received my Lenovo S650 It had Android 4.2. Unfortunately it is in Arabic and I want to change it to English. Looks like Arabice does not use icons very much so it is difficult to navigate. Anyone have any clue? Most sites I looked at refer to a settings icon but I do not have that one.

There must be some sort of Settings or System Settings on the phone, unless there is something seriously amiss. If you find it, proceed as below....if it's not there, I don't know what to suggest I'm afraid.

If you're new to phones the Settings icon looks like a cogwheel...if you're not, you'll obviously know that, and I apologise. Could you find an Arabic speaker to help you?

The best way to help could be someone with 4.2. posting screen shots of the whole process. Any takers?

In 4.4. It's the first option in input language settings
