Phone factory reset after battery died

My phone (samsung galaxy s2) wasn't properly plugged into the charger last night so the battery ended up dying. When I plugged it back in and turned it on, it looked like it had been factory reset! I lost pretty much everything! I found that most of my files in the "my files" folder were still there, but other than that, everything is lost. Is there anything I can do to get everything back?

Unfortunately, unless you backed up with Kies or another backup app, you can't. Google does save your app list and some settings, which you can get back, but save data and stuff like that are gone
