problems with my new galaxy note 3

[AC Question]

I have received my Samsung Galaxy note3 only a couple of week ego and was delighted with it.However, now It shows I have texts waiting but I can not acces them, same with missed calls.I can sedn texts adn they are ceieved, but as soon i sent them they diappear from the scren.Has it happened to anyone else and has anyone got any solution for this one?

Are you using any 3rd party SMS apps like Hangouts or GoSMS or even Facebook Messenger? Maybe there's something interfering with how it displays texts since you say you can send and receive, you just can't see them.
