I just got the Samsung galaxy tab4 yesterday and I was going to download some apps from the playstore and every time I accept the download, it quickly stoops and says that there is an error retrieving information from the server.
I've tried clearing data and everything else that another thread says to do. Nothing worked. I need help. Help me please!!

How many times have you tried to install the app? A lot of times an app won't install the first time I try to install it, but when I do it a second time, it works
