how do i perform a hard boot on my trio stealth -10 also i have another question also the tablet has frozen on the load up screen what is wrong with it please

Welcome to Android Central! With cheap off-brand devices like this one, problems like this are unfortunately common, and often are due to faulty hardware or firmware. You can try a hard reset by doing the following:

1. Make sure tablet is powered off.
2. Hold down Volume + button and Power button at same time.
3. When screen comes on let go of Power button.
4. When the large Android shows on screen let go of Volume + button.
5. Use Volume – button to scroll to Wipe Data/ Factory Reset
6. Tap Power button to select.
7. Use Volume – button to scroll to Yes.
8. Tap Power button to select.
9. Tap Power button to select Reboot System Now.

Actually, you hold down the volume - key and the power button.

It doesn't matter really, because this is a cheaply made piece of junk. Use it to play your Angry Birds on, because it isn't a question of if it will fail but when it will fail.
