My pc can't recongnise my s4

[AC Question]

I am having problem while connecting my s4 to pc.It charges but both pc and S4 can't tell that they r connected to anything....I have tried everything. I have install and reinstall drivers and Kies but all in vain....Plzz help me....I have wasted hours and hours on this problem but i haven't got any solution....I have also used a number of data cables and I have also inserted cable in diff ports and i have also used my laptop...but all in vain...

Are you sure the phone is set to MTP? Have you also tried plugging your phone into other PCs?
