Hey everyone!
This is my first time on this forum, and I hope you guys can help me

I'm starting college in a month or so to study Bioengineering, and I want to buy a tablet to take to class and annotate on. Basically something that will work as my notebook in class and let me write down my notes easily

I don't live in America, so my options are the following (in order of price):

- Nvidia Shield (either 16 or 32)
- Thinkpad Tablet 2 (the Thinkpad 10 isn't available here. Pity.) 64 Gb
- Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 (LTE - Because of the Qualcomm processor) 32 Gb
- Surface Pro (first generation, 128 Gb)
- Galaxy Note Pro 10.1 (LTE - Because of the Qualcomm processor) 32 Gb

Since I'll be taking it everywhere, I need it to be light and portable. Battery life is also somewhat essential (which makes me disregard the SP1)
I also wanted a high res screen, but I can make do with an HD-only (I think.....)

The Thinkpad Tablet 2 runs everything since is Windows, but the processor is quite old. I don't want it slowing everything down...

I wanted to be productive, as much as possible, so I don't know how well the Galaxy Note line would suit me.
Is 12.2 that big of a tablet? Or should I go with the 10.1? (The difference in price is 100 euros, which is HUGE. The 12.2 is lower in price - go figure!)
Also, there's little to no lag with the Qualcomm chips. It's great

And then there's the Nvidia Shield, which is simply put AWESOME for the price!
Though the small screen is maybe too small :s

I really don't know what is best. The Thinkpad 2 looks good, but it's not high res (after a long time, it might start to hurt my eyes)...

So my question is: Which one would you buy?
Please help me get the best for my needs

Thanks a lot guys! :D
