LG G3 email client

[AC Question]

If I use the stock email app on a Sprint LG G3 and set up a email exchange account for work, the sync function turns off and I can't turn it back on. It stops all auto sync for gmail and all other accounts. When I delete the email account the sync turns back on. I looked in the app settings as well as the phone settings.

Any ideas why?
