    Default droid 3 is non functional

    I keep getting stuff that says process has stopped, I cant open any apps and I cant force stop disable or enable apps or services in applications manager literally nothing works but call and text I cant even factory data reset when I try it go's through the motions but when my phone turns back on everything is the same I cant erase anything WHAT DO I DO ???????

    Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition (steps slightly modified from this site: https://motorola-global-portal.custh...7785/related/1


    1. Power the device off.
      Press the Power button then select Power off.
      If the device doesn't respond to input, remove and replace the battery
    2. Slide the keyboard open.
    3. Press and hold the Power button+X key simultaneuously until the Recovery screen (exclamation point with an android figure) appears.
    4. Slide keyboard closed then simultaneuously press the volume up+down keys.
    5. Press Volume down to select wipe cache partition, then press the Power button.
      Utilize the Volume keys (up / down) to select.
    6. When complete, select reboot system now and then press the Power button.
