Not sure what happened, but none of the buttons work except the power off button and it just reboots the device. I'm overseas and trying desperately to open the case to see what went wrong but can't get it open and am afraid to bust it while I'm away from home.
Any help in opening the Zerolemon case for the Note 3 and any other tips on why the buttons/touchscreen may not be working. The SPEN works on the touchscreen, just the fingers dont. I turned on and off the and factory reset the device to no avail...
