My htc desire not charging what to do

[AC Question]

Last night me and my friends where watching some movies then we feel asleep and then the next morning my phone had the charging symbol it has and box and a lightening bolt Z going through it i need help BAD! Ever since then my phone hasnt been charging Need help bad

Please help me i need your help

Have you tried other charging cables?

Turn the phone off. Charge it for 24 hours. If that doesn't do it, try a known-good charger. If that doesn't do it, try a known good cable with a known good charger.

If none of that does it, and you don't have a spare battery to test with (you could have killed the battery), it's time for a trip to the shop.
