Default Couldn't open my nexus 5 shortcut, so I deleted it. How do I fix this?

    Yes, it's plugged in.

But today it decided to stop wanting to open for me, I restarted my computer and still no luck. I deleted the shortcut in hope of someway re installing the program and thought that might work but, that didn't happen.

Does someone want to help me out?

Welcome to Android Central! Can you clarify something--are you talking about trying to access your Nexus 5 from your computer's file explorer (i.e., Windows Explorer on a PC)?
