    Default Google Play not working.

    I have a Galaxy Note 3 and every time I try to sign into Google Play or even sync my Google account it says that is cannot connect to server. I've tried to clear the cache and the data but nothing worked. Can someone help?

    Have you tried to reset app preferences? Sometimes this helps with Play errors. Settings>Apps>menu>reset app preferences.

    I can't seem to find the reset preference option.

    Ok. Go to settings, then apps or application manager. Once there, is there a three dot menu button toward the top on the right hand side?

    I'm in the application manage but there is nothing there.

    Sorry, I forgot what device you had. There is a menu key to the left of the home button, click that.

    Have you tried rebooting?
