galaxy s5 won't play any videos

PLEASE HELP! My galaxy s5 was working perfectly now it won't play any videos and it won't play Pandora music. I have cleared the cache, took the battery out, and turned it off for a few mins about a hundred times. Please help me!

Welcome to Android Central! How are you trying to play videos? Using the stock video player app, or some other app? Or are you trying to stream a video, or use YouTube? And what happens with Pandora? Do you get error messages? Does it open, but nothing plays when you select a station? Is your web connection otherwise intact?

My phone isn't playing any web videos when im not connected to wifi. It does everything else. When on youtube its says error and when on pandora it acts as if im skipping every song.what should I do?
