After wasting a day and an hour with remote support, I found out that Kies 3 dropped support for music (and video) playlists. Even they didn't know (I suspect my "live support" guy has an iphone). Short of tagging every song in your library and manually maintaining "playlist folders", what would anyone recommend for music on a windows 8 / note 3 combination? I don't want to try 2.6 if they aren't going to support playlists on future versions. WinAmp? Doubletwist? iTunes with a sync tool? I would hate to admit that apple has better technology for music management -- What are you using that works??
