Mobile Network Not Availble

[AC Question]

When I tried to make a call my new android phone showing " Mobile Network Not Avilable ", but the phone showing all details in Sim and displying " No Service " in the Network Operator's display, but phone showing full signal strength. This is GSM 900/1800 dual sim HDUDP Phone from China.

Assuming first that Mobile Data is switched on, try a Soft Reset...Power Off the phone, followed by Restart. If no go, try entering the carrier or network APN settings again.
The cause of the trouble may be your SIM...if it persists, perhaps try another.
Bear in mind also that the problem may be with the network...a temporary interruption due to maintenance, for example.
