Technical issue regarding s4 gt i9505

after water damage i've repaired my s4 but when am switching it on its shows its model number and its stops ;please help me out with this issue

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean you repaired it? Did you actually replace damaged components, or did you just try the rice in a bag trick? If you only tried to dry it, that's no guarantee that the phone will recover from the water damage.

: i replaced damaged components and download software again but when i connect it with my pc the usb heats up??

This is getting beyond my scope of knowledge, but I would guess that either something went wrong when you had the device open, or one of the replacement components is faulty.
