One Plus One Phone, Do I just take it to AT&T and they will provide me a SIM card with my plan?

I have a mobile share plan with my family. I have never bought a phone out of contract. Once I get it though, do I just bring it to my carrier, AT&T, and they will provide me a SIM card? Are there any fees? Also, what do you think of the phone itself?

That's correct. There usually is a small fee for the SIM (for example, it's $10 at T-Mobile).
