hi guyss... i have a tablet (android 4.1.2 jelly bean) i want to know if can i move the notification bar or status bar from down to top?? and how can i root it??

To move the status bar, you would have to increase the pixel density, using a pixel density changer from the Play Store. However, you need to root your tablet. Look up how to root your specific tablet model on Google.
