Note 10.1 (2014) Cases, screens and S-Pens

AC Question

I just purchased a new Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition). With most of my devices, I like to have maximum protection, I usually buy an Otterbox or similar product. With this tablet, I especially need protection because I'll be carrying it to school, throwing it in my backpack, etc. I was looking at the Otterbox Defender series for this tablet, but I was wondering how the built in screen protector might mess with the S-Pen and it's pressure sensitivity. I'll use the S-Pen mostly for taking notes in class, but also want to use it for light photoshop and drawing work, so I need to try and maintain as much pressure sensitivity and stylus response as possible, without sacrificing protection. What do you guys recommend? Otterbox? Hard body case with a tempered glass screen protector? Or naked screen? Thanks in advance!
