Default Uninstalled apps when should not have

The app that shows the notifications on messages, emails and Facebook do not show on my homepage so can't see at a glance I have messages. I really need to find a list of uninstalled apps and reinstall everything I uninstalled. Hope you understand what I'm trying to say and can help me get this mess I made fixed. Thank you.

    Welcome to AC
If you downloaded those apps from the Play Store you can check the downloaded apps from there and see which ones you don't have installed.
If it was a system app, you won't be able to see it there.

Are you talking about a widget on the homescreen that showed that information? What phone do you have? Go through the process of adding a widget to the homescreen, and see if you can find the missing widget.
