How to stop Mobile standby option to wasting 80%

Hi everyone
I have an android tablet sometimes my battery finish very quickly
when I checked out I saw "Mobile standby" option is wasting my 80% of battery
I dont think I use this function so how to stop it .
and how to which apps are wasting battery ?

Welcome to Android Central! What tablet do you have? Does it have 3G/4G capability, or is it wi-fi only?

If it is 3G/4G capable and you have the mobile data turned on, the battery could drain if the signal is very poor. If the tablet is wi-fi only, it may still have an app listed for mobile data functionality (I think it's just standard in the firmware), so if the firmware is not optimized, perhaps it thinks you have mobile data when you actually don't. This might lead to battery drain as well.

In either case, you could try turning on Airplane Mode, which should shut off any access to the mobile data. I do that on my wi-fi only Nexus 7, just in case.
