USB Connection

[AC Question]

My Optimus V is no longer able to connect to my computer. When I attach the cable to the USB port, it shows the phone being charged. I do not get any notification, either on my phone or computer, that the phone is connected for data transfer. This is the first time I have not been able to make the connection.

I would first try a different cable.
