My android wont work

[AC Question]

So I have a droid razor and it isn't working. It is currently only displaying the powering up video thing and every time I try to restart it (using the power button and the volume down button) it just goes back to playing the video thing. How do I get it to function normally?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you following these exact steps to boot into Recovery Mode? Wipe Cache Partition - DROID RAZR / RAZR MAXX by MOTOROLA. The first step is to press and hold the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons along with the Power button. Hold all three until you get to the bootloader. Then proceed to wipe the cache partition as described. This can sometimes help bootloop issues.
