I have a Samsung SGH-I82 Android and my carrier is AT&T. My phone will send text messages but cannot receive them. I have deleted old texts and that sort of thing already.
Welcome to Android Central! Are you using the stock Messaging app? Have you spoken to AT&T about this to see if it could be a network or SIM card issue?
