Why has this not changed and what does it mean on the Samsung Gear 2?

I recently have purchased a Samsung Gear 2 Smart Watch and have been very pleased with it. However, it had been giving me a downloading screen and has listed that it is in something known as factory mode. On a stable Internet connection, toys screen on the watch has not changed. This had happened once before and i had to hold the power button to reset tyne watch. If anyone knows what is wrong and can help, i would appreciate it very much.
