Hello All , i have a very basic question
i have a username and password on sammobile, and i am searching a firmware for gt-s557oi , i find it on this website , but i am not able to download , should i pay to download ?

No, you should not pay for it. Iirc, it was only paid if you wanted to speed up the download. But in any case, you can probably still find it for free elsewhere
