Chances are that you'd need a Samsung phone to link it directly to the TV, since the software is proprietary--your Razr phone is from Motorola. Another option would be to get a Chromecast (very cheap, as low as $25 refurbished, $30-35 new) and plug it into a spare HDMI input on the TV. You can then "cast" a variety of apps from the phone to the TV screen.
