Won't fully turn on, need help!

[AC Question]

So I went to turn my phone back on after a normal shut down, and out of no where it just gets stuck on the last loading screen of the start up. I've tried restarting is many times, taking out the battery and such but nothing seems to help. I don't want to do any factory restarting if at all possible. Any ideas?

I did. It still doesn't start up. I can't get back to Recovery Mode either it seems...

How long does it stay on that frozen screen? Does it shut off on its own after a short period, or does it just stay on that screen forever? If it shuts off quickly, consider trying a new battery.

Another thing to try is to remove your SD card--a corrupt card can cause various problems.

I removed the sad card and still nothing. Also the screen stays until I remove the battery.

At this point, I'm thinking hardware problem, maybe with the motherboard. Is the phone under warranty? If so, contact Samsung. Otherwise, you could try a local repair shop to see if they have any tricks up their sleeve. Sorry, and good luck!
