I was really happy with this base model phone...until the major system update. Now everytime I do anything I get the messages "com.htc.bgp has stopped unexpectedly" and ditto "com.htc.opensense.social", repeatedly, making the phone practically unusable. Have uninstalled apps one by one (process of elimination as recommended by alleged tech guru at telstra)...no result. Full factory reset...no result.
Whilst I feel an epic battle with Telstra is looming, thought the forum might be able to help first...please!
