Andriod Galaxy S Showcase (sraighttalk phone)

[AC Question]

I have an Android Galaxy S Showcase which is a straight Talk phone. I while back all the menu buttons stopped working all together. The home, menu, back and search buttons that light up at the bottom of the phone.

I took it to a local phone repair shop and they supposedly took it apart and have for a couple weeks. I finally went to pick it up after they told me they could not fix it.

It's using Android version 2.3.

I would love to be able to get my phone working once again. Any help at all is appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! If a skilled technician couldn't fix it for you, it is most likely that (a) it is a hardware defect or failure, and (b) no one here will be able to help you. Sorry, but it sounds like it's time for a new phone!
