My samsung s2 switches off when iam charging the phone also when i connect to the computer does the same.. i tried to use different usb and chargers but nothing.. i need help pleese its a new phone...

Do you mean 'new' in the sense of bought unused from a retailer, or in the sense that you have just acquired it as a used device? If the former, return it to the store or retailer.

The battery may be faulty. Make sure that the battery is a good tight fit in its compartment, and making good electrical contact. Make sure that the USB port on the phone is clean inside, with no signs of obvious damage.
